Q1.  On the Fricot City Project ONLY - How do we handle all of the fencing?

A1.   We have gotten permission from CALFIRE to just get as close as you can to the fence. Leaving a line of brush within the fence will be permitted.

Q2.  On the Moke Hill Project - You state that you want the project completed before the summer of 2024. Is this a hard date?

A2.  No, it isn't. However, what we DO WANT is YOUR timeframe for completing the work on each project. Tell us in your proposal - when can you start? and when do you realistically foresee it being completed?

Both Projects will have the pre-bid tour on the same day as follows!

Pre-bid tour is on Tuesday, October 24, 2023

• Mokelumne Hill is at 8:30 am,
• Fricot City Road is at 1:00 pm.

You must RSVP to proposals@calaverasrcd.org on or before Monday, October 23, 2023

Proposals are due on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 by 12 noon.
